When you organize an international convention in the City or Province of Groningen, the participants will be offered a reception on behalf of the City, Province and/or University of Groningen.
During a reception, one dignitary of one of the initiators will address the international assembly of the convention.. The reception may be held at the University of Groningen, in the historic Provinciehuis or in Groningen City Hall. Against an additional fee, the reception may also be organized in a commercial location. As the convention organizer, you will receive attractively designed invitation cards for all participants of your international convention in advance.
